According to a GiantBomb.com article, EA has announced a new Spore spin-off. Apparently this game will combine the character creation of Spore with the gameplay elements of Diablo.
As someone who absolutely loves everything Will Wright touches, who enjoyed Spore immensely, and who also has gotten some real fun out of Torchlight, I will be looking forward to this one.
